As a survivor of a domestic violence homicide and author of several books including Entering the Thriver Zone: A Seven-Step Guide to Thriving After Abuse, Susan’s mission is to motivate others to see that anyone can be a victim of abuse and learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones. As a recognized national expert on the empowerment of women after abuse and trauma, she wants people to understand that they can live productive, happy lives after being subjected to domestic violence, sexual assault and other violent assaults.
