Take the Journey from Victim to Survivor to THRIVER!
MAGGIE’S STORY: An Inspiration to Thrive!
In October, 1999, Maggie, a bright, talented nineteen-year-old college student with a brilliant future ahead of her was shot and killed by an ex-boyfriend. Maggie is remembered today by her Aunt Susan whose work in her niece’s honor comes together here in the Thriver Zone. It is a place for women to take the journey beyond abuse as Maggie could not. With Susan’s help, they now have a chance to not only survive, but thrive!
WORKSHOPS: Reclaim Women’s Lives
Described by participants as “life-changing,” My Avenging Angel Workshops™ provide the critical “next step” for women to permanently break the cycle of violence and reclaim their lives after abuse. The workshops, originated and facilitated by Susan Omilian, flow from the idea that “living well is the best revenge.” Take the journey from victim to survivor to thriver now! It’s time to do more than just survive. It’s time to “thrive!”
